In 2002 Jamie Vergara decided to investigate opening an RV dealership in TN in addition to his Heritage Ford store. After researching many brands, a decision was made to start the dealership as a stand-alone dealer facility offering Airstream recreational vehicles for sale. In the fall of 2002 units were ordered and shortly units began to arrive at the sales location. The dealer lot was located at 1490 Interstate Dr. Cookeville, Tennessee, along I-40 between Nashville and Knoxville, TN. With the interstate visibility the first units created quite a stir and quickly demonstrated that the Airstream product was unique and sought after by young and old alike. The travel trailers and motor homes from Airstream provided a strong base to grow from. In 2004 additional property adjacent to the sales lot was secured and a major renovation was started. The renovation resulted in an excellent new dealer facility complete with inside showroom, six service bays, parts department, and abundant office space. Customers from all over Tennessee visit us to find new and used camping and travel trailers, fifth wheels, pop up camper, truck camper and motor home models, and vans for sale from Airstream, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Palomino, Carriage, Pleasure Way, Crossroads and Glendale RV.

During the renovation process the decision was reached to create a full service RV dealer center here in Tennessee that, in addition to service and parts, would be able to meet the sales needs of customers seeking anything from a new or used camping trailer, truck camper, travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorized unit. Obviously, to accomplish this other brands would need to be added to our Airstream offerings. Soon after, we added Titanium fifth wheels, a Canadian based product from Glendale RV. It proved to be an excellent addition to our line-up since Titanium has a unique aerodynamic design and outstanding tow ability. Soon two products from Crossroads RV, Zinger and Paradise Pointe, contributed to the mix providing us with two outstanding products at a medium to entry-level price. Next, Carriage entered the line-up of fifth wheels, pop up campers, truck campers, motor homes, vans, camping and travel trailers, which brought in an outstanding quality fifth wheel with a reputation for uncompromised quality. Dutchmen was incorporated to provide an offering in the class C motor home arena where quality at affordable price was needed. Pleasure Way class B motor homes were added in 2006 to expand our offering of touring vans from Airstream. Pleasure Way brought outstanding quality, multiple chassis offerings, and a wide variety of floorplans. Lastly, Coachman products were introduced to reinforce our travel trailer offerings. From the compact Capri Micro travel trailers for the smaller tow vehicle to the Captiva ultra lites with their unique construction and design Coachman has added an excellent alternative to our other lines.
